Ana Patiño
Ana Patiño is a multi-disciplinary artist born in Colombia, currently living and working in Germany. She studied Fine Arts in Bogotá and completed a Master’s in Digital Media at the HFK Bremen. She structures her work by using the subtle humour that emerges from the interplay between fiction and reality. These concepts often change shape and are in tension with each other. These sometimes parallel, sometimes overlapping fine lines are the guidelines of her artistic process. Her method is like a rhizome—growing and dividing horizontally.
