Alyson Miller
Alyson Miller is a Senior Lecturer at Deakin University, Melbourne, where she researches and writes on literature of extremities, focusing on scandal, censorship, and taboo. She is the author of Haunted by Words: Scandalous Texts and an editor of the collected essays, The Unfinished Atomic Bomb: Shadows and Reflections. Alyson is also a prose poet, with three collections—Dream Animals (Dancing Girl Press, 2014), Pika-don (with Cassandra Atherton and Phil Day, Mountains Brown Press, 2018), and Strange Creatures (Recent Work Press, 2019)—as well as publications in numerous journals and anthologies.
